Overview
This page explains what happens to information you send to Shviro Lab through this website. It is written to be read, not to be long.
What this site collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts and embeds no tracking pixels. Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are all served from this domain.
Our hosting provider records standard web-server logs, which include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and user-agent strings. These are used to operate and secure the service.
If you contact us
When you email Shviro Lab, we receive whatever you put in that message, including your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your organisation or systems. We use it to answer you and to scope potential work. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing lists.
Technical information shared during an engagement
Material provided for assessment — firmware images, documentation, hardware samples and findings — is treated as confidential and handled under the terms of the specific engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the enquiry or engagement it relates to, and for any period a contract or legal obligation requires.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@shvirolab.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date above changes with it.
